bah itu jer for now. and damn exercising makes me even hungrierer (sp?) heeee xD lampuh usulnya si lampuh ah. and just so i won't lose ur interest for my blog i'll confess in the next post. So stay tuned for the SHOCKING confession. LOL majal tu geng.

OMG! i am so boreedddddddddddd!!!
ZZZZ. Deja Vu ah the title. mcm sudah bored baru tah kan blog. mudahan tah ku selamat mun cani gayanya wah. edededeh baik kamu aminkan hehehe.
anyways. over the past few days that i didn't blog *pffft more like eons* i have gone through a series of events. unfortunate, fortunate, epic and anti-climatic. and through that i have evolved into a whole new being. from Fatling to a Fatlet. heee xD cali ku atu eh.
being a fatlet has changed my life. every bit of my pathetic boring awesome fantastic spectacular life. in conjunction to my evolution i have a SHOCKING confession to make, but no in this post. a later one. maybe after i die of starvation.

Day 7, Week 1
This will be the last tim I'll be doing a daily post about my weight-loss programme. Apparently, I shouldn't even be calling it a weight-loss programm since I didn't even lose any freaking weight.
YIH! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!
Sekiranya aku poklen wah, I'll be saying "m s0 frUz rYt n0w, m didn l0z Ne w8" To hell with poklens.
Tadi petang saya dan keluarga saya telah mengambil kesempitan untuk meluangkan masa untuk melakukan sukan riadah di Tasek Lama. Iodai, ado duo benu putih itu n, ido na AS wah. Mental od jaie na. Pecaya jimu ido na terajun dari waterfall. LOL buduh usulnya. Urang brunei apa lagi, AMAZED LAH! MESMERIZED! Perasan durang cool lah tu. Karang bemara inda me tau tu. Though I'm willing to bet yang all those Bruneians yg bejuritan meliat 2 om putih atu are waiting fo them to make a mistake so they can laugh at them and give a "I told you so" look.

Breakfast: Dimsum buffet at Orchid Garden Hotel. PUUIIEEKK! nada jua berapa, OVERRATED!
Lunch: nasi, mango fish, kambing antah eh, ayam, lasagna
Dinner: UMPH! NASI LAMAK MAMA ME! though yg hayam and sotong bukan ia buat. pffft~ia provide timun saja HAHAHA

Somehow since aku selalu buat posts after midnight the dates yg aku buat don't add up. That's f*cked up isn't it? So considering the fact that NOW is sunday, my title post should be Day 7,Week1 should it not?

Atutahwahbahkan, I realise that bogging about my daily lifestyle is a pain in the ass and hence I drew up a conclusion to blog about my weight-loss programme activities once a week. HAHA nada batah.
This is what I had to eat for today.
Lunch: Chicken Mushroom Pasta
Afternoon: kolo mee, the same pasta as above
Evening: nasi sama telur goreng
Late Dinner: Soto sama kweh (pronounced QOO-AYH)
Nada kurus ni cani ani -.- owells i bets, apa jua buleh buat mun rezeki palak-palak dapan mata. Inda ja fellow fatties?
Oh and I played futsal just now with a random bunch of people. iyea.

Day 3, Week 1
Woke up bloody late.....me likey. My body aches all over because of yesterday. Fastforward to what I ate today.
Lunch (no breakfast): rice, udang, a piece of sushi, chicken soup
High tea: kuey tiaw dari pagi, a cup of milo
Dinner: soto aka su2 (sutu)
I was supposed to go to tasek again during the afternoon tapi unfortunately ada orang meninggal from my mom's side. I don't really know her though but semoga rohnya dicucuri rahmat. =') *sniff that was beautiful liq*

Day 2, Week 1
Malas ku kan type lots of words eh. I'll get straight to the point.
Breakfast: a cup of coffee, a few spoonfuls of mee goreng and corn soup....SIKIT SAJA! I SWEAR!
Brunch: leftover fried rice from last night, ice cream
Lunch (haha baru jua brunch): buttermilk prawn sama lumpia
Dinner: steamed fish, spinach sama nasi bungkus.
Before you say I'm a good-for-nothing eating machine let me say that I went to Taman Rekreasi Tasek Lama (iyea labih) this morning with the rest of my fat-fighting fools. I managed to squeeze in 5 laps before brunch. HAHAHA palui 'squeeze in' lagi tu mcm handal banar.
Okeh.

Before you say I'm a good-for-nothing eating machine let me say that I went to Taman Rekreasi Tasek Lama (iyea labih) this morning with the rest of my fat-fighting fools. I managed to squeeze in 5 laps before brunch. HAHAHA palui 'squeeze in' lagi tu mcm handal banar.

So aku ada baca this book. Its called the Diary of A Fat Man. No, I didn't write it. But I got inspired from it. Iatah this fat dude, he decided to lose weight but unlike me, he succeeded. You should read it, fatties.
Here is a version of my own fat diary.
Currently, I am a person who boasts 100kg worth of meat, flesh, bone, water and most importantly FAT!
I'm writing about monday, fyi. HAHA psl this regime was supposed to start this week. So wo'evz. Furthermore, I will be writing about what I ate/drank and what exercises I did for the day (if there were any).
Breakfast: None, woke up late. Dekat-dekat pukul 12 kooot~
Lunch: Rice, 2 pieces of chicken wings, sayur.
Afternoon: 3 sausages, 1 roti kosong, 1/3 roti telor \m/. 2 cawan tek tarik halia UMPH!
Dinner: 1 cup of milo. extra manis.
As you can see from above, dear readers, I ate a lot yesterday. No wonder I look like this.


Hence, I hope to lose weight and prolong my life even by a few days.
You know what they say. To be thin is to be healthy, to be fat is to be me. YIH!
